PACE Statewide Correspondence School

PACE, the correspondence division of the Craig City School District, stands for Personal Alternative Choices in Education. This program was developed in response to the growing demand for alternative educational settings and curricular choice within our own district and throughout the State of Alaska. Offering students and parents personal choice is central to the philosophy of our program. PACE employs State of Alaska certified teachers trained in the concepts and unique demands of correspondence and distance education. Our greatest strength is our ability to work with individual families to develop unique educational programs that will prove beneficial to each student who enrolls in our program. With the addition of our PACE Online classes, PACE continues to meet the needs of the diverse educational settings in the State of Alaska. These newly developed high school classes are delivered completely online and qualify for high school credit with the Craig City School District.
